POLICIES AND CONDITIONS


ACCOUNTS

Any Account that is not paid within time period allowed will be put on C.O.D or direct deposit. Any Account that has had a NSF cheque will be put on a direct deposit or credit card payment.  ABSOLUTLY NO EXCEPTIONS!

CLAIMS

Please be advised that responsibility for claims lies on the CUSTOMER. Shipment shortages and damages must be claimed against carrier/freight Company at the time of delivery. Customer is responsible for arranging inspection of product. Please note that most freight claims need to be reported within 48 hours.

FREIGHT

Freight is the responsibility of the customer for all warranty and returned product. Freight sent collect without warehouse manager’s approval will be denied.

STOCK ADJUSTMENTS

Requests for Stock Adjustments will be considered on an individual basis and MUST not exceed 10% of annual sales. All Stock Adjustments will be charged a $10.00 per wheel re-boxing fee if not in original boxing and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge to cover handling, processing and accounting. All stock adjustments must be accompanied with a 2 for 1 offsetting order (2 for 1 on dollar value). All MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE BEEN PURCHASED IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS AND MUST BE IN SELLABLE CONDITION. There will be no freight credit allowed on stock adjustments. SPECIAL ORDERS, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, SPECIAL PRICED merchandise and “BLEMS” are not subject to return. No credit will be allowed for wheels damaged in transit to Curtis Custom Wheel.

Stock Adjustments MUST be approved by the warehouse manager and a Return Authorization Number (RGA#) issued prior to return. All goods must be properly, boxed in original boxes, palletized, loaded, and shipped with a packing slip with the RGA#, and must be shipped PREPAID. Anything missing will be removed from credit value.

WARRANTY

Curtis Custom Wheel will only warranty what it sells. Proof of purchase may be needed for warranty. Warranty is based on the manufacturer specifications. Curtis Custom Wheel can only warranty what will be warranted for CCW. Warranty denied is because wheel/accessory doesn’t meet manufacture warranty standards. All wheels must be cleaned before arriving at CCW. Wheels not Cleaned will be assessed a $15.00 cleaning fee. All wheels not received in manufacturer boxing and properly wrapped will be assessed a $10.00 re-boxing fee.  NO WARRANTY ON WIRE WHEELS

GENERAL

Wheels that don’t fit must be returned within 15 days with a RGA # (otherwise they will be refused).

Mounted wheels will be refused. You mount them you own them.
